摘要
台湾的基础教育改革自下而上开始,主要是想通过学习美国的教育制度,来革除台湾教育的一些弊病,改革的方向是人本化、民主化、多元化、科技化及国际化,但由于台湾社会环境及运行机制的不健全,教育理念的不成熟,台湾基础教育改革虽然取得了一些成绩,但引发的问题也一样突出。
Starting from the bottom, the reform of Basic Education in Taiwan aimed to remove some drawbacks by copying American education system into Taiwan with an orientation in humanization, democratization, diversification, technicalization and internationalization. However the reform has acquired some achievements and also caused arresting problems because of the unsound social environment and mechanism, as well as the immaturity of educational concept.
