摘要
本文通过高职院校校企合作双方利益分析,探索导师主导式校企合作的"契约-空间-产品"三位一体创新应用型人才的培养思路。采取"职前"与"职后"紧密结合的方法,有效提升学生的创新能力。极客化团队是学生开展创新和合作的基本组织形式,充分发挥优秀成员的榜样作用,从而让更多的学生参与并受益。这种校企合作培养模式有助于提高教师的综合素质,最终也将提升职业教育的育人品牌。
By analyzing the mutual interests of the two parties in college-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational college, the present paper explores an innovative and applied talents training pattern based on the tutor-guided "trinity" mode of rule-space-product. The students' innovation capacity can be greatly developed by close integration of pre-service and in-service training. As a basic organization for students to develop the ability of innovating and cooperating, the geek team sets itself as a brilliant example to inspire all college students and can attract excellent students to be a part of the team and strive for the best. Therefore, this pattern not only raises the comprehensive qualities of teachers, but also promotes the educational brand value on higher vocational level.
