广州花城广场区域交通组织设计要点探讨

A Study on Essentials for the Regional Traffic Design of Huacheng Square in Guangzhou

广州花城广场位于城市新中轴线的中心,作为广州21世纪中央商务区的内核,规划定位为"城市客厅"和国际都市形象的窗口。由于其土地开发利用强度高,密度大,使该区域商业、办公功能与城市交通相辅相成、协调发展,成为影响和制约该区域发展成败的重要因素。本文针对大城市CBD地区交通的特殊性和重要性,在阐述花城广场区域交通组织设计的构思、原则、组织规划及交通布局的基础上,对该区域交通系统投入使用的效果进行分析,对存在的实际问题进行成因思考。

Located in the center of the new city axis, as the core of Guangzhou＇s CBD in 21st century, Guangzhou Huacheng Square is planned as ＂City Living Room＂ and ＂Window of International Metropolis＂. Owing to its comprehensive, high-intensity and high-density of land development and utilization, Guangzhou Huacheng Square is expected to play a crucial role in coordinating the region commercial, offices functions and city transportation as well as in affecting and restricting the development of this region. In view of the particularity and importance of the transportation in CBD area of metropolitan, on the basis of elabrating the plan, principle, organization and layout of traffic design in area of Huaeheng Square, this paper focuses on analyzing the effect of the traffic system after its putting into operation and the causes of existing practical problems.
