摘要
目的:优选玄参中哈巴俄苷的提取工艺。方法:运用正交设计法,以哈巴俄苷含量为指标,考察浸泡时间,提取时间,乙醇浓度及液料倍数对其提取效果的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度75%,液料倍数为12,浸泡1h,提取2.5h。结论:本方法下提取率高,简单便捷,节约经济成本,将有助于玄参相关制剂品的提取及制备。
Objective：To optimize the extraction process of hapagoside of Scrophularia ningpoensis.Method：With the orthogonal design method, the contents to hapagoside as an index, soaking time, extracting time, ethanol concentration and liquid ratio on the extraction effect.Results：The best extraction technology for ethanol concentration 75%, liquid multiples of 12, soak 1 h, extraction of 2.5 h.Conclusion：The extraction rate is high, this method is simple and convenient, save the economic costs, will help the figwort root extraction and preparation of related preparation.
