大株红景天治疗心血瘀阻型心绞痛的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察大株红景天注射液治疗心血瘀阻型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将41例心血瘀阻型心绞痛患者随机分为两组,对照组予常规扩冠、抗凝,减少心肌耗氧,调脂稳定斑块等对症治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用大株红景天注射液治疗,比较两组治疗后的显效率。结果:观察组显效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大株红景天注射液治疗心血瘀阻型心绞痛的疗效显著。
