摘要
目的:对骨碎补化学成分进行分离,并通过各种波谱方法对其结构进行鉴定。方法:综合运用溶剂萃取、正相硅胶、凝胶(Sephadex LH-20)柱色谱及制备液相等方法,对骨碎补75%乙醇提取物进行系统分离,采用MS,NMR等技术对分离化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从骨碎补75%乙醇提取物中分离7个化合物。结论:分离的7个化合物均为首次从槲蕨属分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the rhizomes of Drynaria fortunei and elucidate their structures. Methods: The com-pounds were isolated by solvents extraction,silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative HPLC,and their structures i-dentified by MS,and NMR spectroscopies. Results: Seven compounds were isolated from 75% ethanol extract of the rhizomes of Drynaria for-tunei. Conclusion:All the compounds are obtained from genus of Drynaria for the first time.
