口腔种植修复和常规修复在牙列缺损治疗中的疗效

Repair and routine oral implant in dentition defect repair treatment efficacy

目的口腔种植修复和常规修复在牙列缺损治疗中的疗效对比。方法本文选取我院于2013年8月~2014年8月收治的牙列缺损患者86例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,对照组采用常规修复法,治疗组采用口腔种植修复法,观察两组疗效。结果治疗组患者的咀嚼功能、固位功能以及语言功能的恢复情况和对照组的恢复情况对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论牙列缺损患者采用口腔种植修复法后,明显恢复了咀嚼功能、固位功能、语言功能,疗效显著。

Objective Oral implant prosthesis and regular repair in the dentition defect treatment of curative effect comparison. Methods This article selects in August 2013 to August 2014, 86 patients with dentition defect, the control group using conventional repair method, the treatment group using the method of oral implant prosthesis, observe two groups of treatment effect. Results The treatment group patient＇s chewing function, retention function and language function recovery and recovery contrast exists significant difference in the control group （P〈 0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion In patients with dentition defect using the method of oral implant prosthesis, restore the function of chewing function, retention, language features, curative effect is remarkable.
