摘要
目的对本院疱疹性口腔炎患者36例的治疗进行观察,并了解疗效。方法在对患者采取常规的口腔清洁等治疗基础上,提供更昔洛韦注射液滴注,1次/d,连续治疗5天。结果 36例患者退热较快,疱疹愈合明显,创面疼痛感明显减轻。其中,降温有效率为89.89%(32/36),疱疹治疗有效率为86.11%(31/36),疼痛感减轻有效率为91.67%(33/36)。结论在常规治疗的基础上增加更昔洛韦注射液治疗,能有效改善疱疹性口腔炎患者症状,无明显不良反应,可以推广到临床治疗中。
Objective To observe the conduct of our hospital 36 cases of herpetic stomatitis in patients with clinical treatment effect, treatment of understanding. Methods Taking oral nursing routine for patients, provide more Xi Luo injection, 1 times a day, continuous treatment for 5 days. Results 36 cases of patients with fever and rapid, herpes healing, wound pain was significantly reduced. Among them, the cooling efficiency of 89.89% （32/36）, the effective rate was 86.11% （31/36） in treatment of herpes zoster, pain relief rate was 91.67% （33/36）. Conclusion The increase of Ganciclovir Injection treatment on the basis of routine nursing, can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with herpetic stomatitis, no significant adverse reactions, can be applied to clinical treatment.
