口腔正畸结合修复治疗错()伴牙列缺损的疗效探讨

目的分析对错（）伴牙列缺损采用口腔正畸结合修复法的疗效。方法回顾性分析2011年3月~2012年3月在我院就诊的错（）伴牙列缺损患者80例,随机分为对照组（均采用牙齿修复法治疗）与观察组（均采用正畸修复法治疗）,各40例。对比分析两组患者的疗效。结果观察组优良率为95%（38/40）,对照组优良率为77.5%（31/40）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论错（）伴牙列缺损患者进行临床治疗时,选择正畸联合修复的方式进行治疗,能够获得较好的疗效,不会影响患者的食物咀嚼速度,并保持义齿的美观程度,因此可以在临床上进一步推广。

Objective To analyze the treatment effect on orthodontics repair of malocclusion and dentition defect. Methods A retrospective analysis of2011 March to 2012 year in March in our hospital. （Ya He） in 80 patients with dentition defect patients, randomly divided into two groups, control group （using dental restorative treatment）and observation group （using orthodontic treatment）, 40 cases in each. Comparative analysis of the efficacy of the two groups. Results In the observation group, the excellent rate was 95% （38/40）, the control group was 77.5~/.o （31/40）, that was significant difference, （P〈 0.05）, and which was of statistical significance. Conclusion There will be a better therapeutic effect if the patients with malocclusion and dentition defect choose the orthodontic repair method for clinical treatment. For it does not affect the patient＇s velocity of mastication of food, and keeps the esthetic level of dentures. So the orthodontic repair method can be taken a further promotion in clinical practice.
