摘要
目的探讨正畸正颌联合治疗安氏Ⅲ类畸形对侧貌的影响。方法选取安氏Ⅲ类畸形患者25例,采用正畸正颌联合治疗,治疗前后拍摄X线头颅定位片。结果治疗后除上下唇角外其余项目差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正畸正颌联合治疗安氏Ⅲ类畸形可以显著改善侧貌。
Objective Investigate the effect of orthodontic treatment combined with orthognathic surgery operation in treatment of Class III malocclusion deformity soft tissue in patients. Methods 25 cases of patients were given orthodontic treatment and orthognathic surgery operation. The X-ray cephalometric were taken before and after treatment. Results Compared with the prior correction, in addition to the angle of up and under lip other projects changed obviously after operation （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Orthodontic treatment combined with orthognathic surgery operation in treatment of angle Class III malocclusion deformity have significant curative effect.
