摘要
本文采用弹性量表(CD-RISC)对广东省两所高职院校的200名"双师型"教师进行整体抽样调查,调查结果如下:(1)"双师型"不同性别的教师在坚韧、力量、乐观上的得分均高于"非双师型"教师;(2)除了41-46岁这个阶段的"双师型"教师外,其余不同年龄阶段的"双师型"教师在心理弹性上有随年龄增加而增强的趋势;(3)不同职称的"双师型"教师在心理弹性的坚韧维度上呈现中间低、两头高的现象;在力量维度上呈现递增的趋势;在乐观维度上呈现中间高、两头低的势头;(4)文科艺术类的"双师型"教师在心理弹性的三维度上得分均高于理工科类的教师。
This paper used resilience scale (CD-RISC) to carry out an overall sampling survey on 200 "dual-qualification" teachers in two higher vocational colleges of Guangdong Province, and the results showed that: ( 1 ) The scores of "dual-qualifica- tion" teachers of different genders in toughness, strength and op- timism are higher than those of "non-dual-qualification" teach- ers; (2) Except the "dual-qualification" teachers aged 41~46, the psychological resilience of other "dual-qualification" teachers of different ages is strengthened with the increase of age; (3) For "dual-qualification" teachers with different professional tit]es, in toughness, their psychological resilience presents a v-shaped law; in strength, it shows an increasing trend; in optimism, it shows a pyramid-shaped law; (4) The scores of "dual-qualifica- tion" teachers specializing in liberal arts or arts in the three di- mensions of psychological resilience are higher than those of teachers specializing in science and engineering.
