终身教育是现代教育思想观念,受到越来越多公民的接受与认可。成人教育是对学校教育的补充和延伸,是构建终身教育体系的重要部分。本文首先介绍了成人教育的概述与发展,然后对终身教育的含义进行了阐述,最后从成人教育在终身教育体系中的地位和作用两个方面探讨了成人教育在终身教育体系中的作用。

As a modern educational thought, lifelong education is accepted and recognized by more and more citizens. Adult edu- cation is a complement and extension of school education, and an important component part of lifelong education system. Firstly, this paper presents an overview of the development of adult edu- cation, then describes the connotation of lifelong education, and finally explores the role of adult education in lifelong education system from the position and role of adult education in lifelong e- ducation system.
