As a graphic thinking tool, mind mapping can show the internal contact between the process of thinking and knowledge clearly,it also can change students＇ cognitive style effectively,cor- responding to the feature of strong comprehensiveness of high school chemistry. The innovation capacity and the ability to con- struct chemistry knowledge can be improved effectively by using mind mapping properly in the chemistry teaching of high school. Thereby ,the purpose of effective learning can be achieved.
