高校职业指导工作现状分析

Analysis of the Present Situation about Vocational Guidance in Universities

随着我国高等教育的飞速发展,就业问题成为社会聚焦的热点和难点。高等教育以为社会主义现代化建设培养合格建设者和接班人作为最终人才培养目标,而职业指导对于实现这一目标起着至关重要的作用。笔者结合文献检索情况,比对所在高校职业指导基本情况的调查,从机构设置、人员配备、人员培训、实践开展等角度,从基本情况和存在问题对我国高校职业指导效果和效率进行探析,并尝试分析其原因,指出当前我国高等院校职业指导效果和效率不理想,提升其效果和效率是目前最为迫切的问题。

With the rapid development of higher education, grad- uates＇ employment becomes the hot and difficult topics of the whole society. The objective of higher education is to train the qualified builders and successors for socialist modernization, while the vocational guidance plays an important role in the edu- cational process. The author tried to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency about vocational guidance in universities from institu- tional settings, staffing, training, practice, and tried to find out the reasons. The author concluded that the effectiveness and effi- ciency of collegiate vocational guidance is not satisfactory, and it is very necessary and urgent to improve.
