Promoting Science and Education by Nation's Measures or Revitalizing the Country through Science and Education

科教兴国战略是国家为实现社会发展,以"科学技术是第一生产力"科学论断为理论基础而做出的重大方针政策,是国家现代化建设的适时之举。国兴科教与科教兴国的关系值得进一步商榷,作者在结合不同学者观点的基础上提出几点见解,并立足国兴科教是科教兴国战略的内在要求和题中之义,提出几点建设性的建议。

In order to develop the society, we implement the strat- egy of revitalizing the country through science and education, a major policy based on the scientific judgment of ＂science and technology is the first productive force＂, and it is a timely act of the national modernization construction. The relationship between promoting science and education by nation＇s measures and revi- talizing the country through science and education is worth fur- ther exploring. Combining with different views of scholars, the authors propose several new ideas. Meanwhile, the authors pre- sent a few constructive suggestions on the basis of the view that the promotion of science and education by nation＇s measures is the part and inherent demand of the strategy of reinvigorating the country through science and education.
