Research on the Diversification of Evaluation Mechanism for Scientific Research and Experiment Sergeants

本文在分析了现有考核机制的基础上,总结了问题产生的原因,并提出了四种考核方式,着重介绍了毕业联考的相关情况,可以为其他士官学校和职业技术院校提供一种思路。

Based on analyzing the present evaluation mechanism, this paper summarizes the causes of the existing problems, and proposes four ways of evaluation, focusing on relevant situations of graduation examination, hoping to provide an idea for other sergeant schools and vocational and technical colleges.
