应用型高校毕业生面向中小微型企业就业现状及对策研究——以淮南师范学院化学与化工系为例

Research of Current Employment Situation on Application-oriented College Graduates for Medium, Small and Micro Enterprises: Taking Department of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Huainan Normal University as an Example

面对严峻的就业形势,应用型高校的办学定位应当以社会需求为导向,主动与市场接轨,中小微型企业给应用型高校毕业生提供了很多就业机会。然而,当前应用型高校毕业生对自我缺乏准确定位,中小微型企业也长期受人才匮乏的困扰。文章就"人才荒"与"就业难"的"两难"现实状况进行深入的探讨,并提出合理有效的应对措施。

Facing severe employment situation, lhe school-run- ning orientation should be oriented by social demand anti cou- pled witll the markel. Medium, small and micro enterprises pro- vide a lot of employment opportunities for application-oriented college graduates. However, application-oriented college gradu- ates are lack of accurate localization, and these enterprises are hmg plagued by a lack of talents. This article carries out a thor- ough discussion on ＂talent shortage＂ and ＂difficuh employment＂, and puts forward effective measures.
