浅论技工院校的学生道德教育的困境与出路

A Brief Discussion on the Predicaments and Countermeasures of Students' Moral Education in Technical Colleges

随着中国社会的进步与发展,当前对于高技能型人才的需求量日益增加,这对技工院校开展教育教学改革提出了更高的要求,近年来技工院校在教学方法等方面得到明显的发展,与此同时,技工院校道德教育相对滞后的情况日益凸显。文章针对当前技工院校学生道德教育存在的问题进行分析,同时提出解决问题的有效出路,以全面提升技工院校的学生道德教育效果。

With the progress and development of China＇s society, the current demand for highly skirled talents is increasing, which has proposed higher requirements for education and teaching re- forms in technical colleges. In recent years, technical colleges have achieved impressive development in teaching method, but meanwhile, the backward moral education in technical colleges has also become increasingly prominent. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current moral education for students in technical colleges, and proposes effective countermeasures to solve them, hoping to comprehensively improve the effect of moral education for students in technical colleges.
