摘要 学前教育师范生是未来的幼儿教师,该群体的德育状况直接影响到下一代的教育质量,因此加强该群体的师德教育具有重要意义。本文将以广西幼儿师范高等专科学校五年制教学部14级学生为研究对象,立足于该群体在师德方面存在的不足和问题,从以下几方面提出解决问题的设想:校园师德环境的影响性;法律法规的约束性;师德榜样的示范性;社会环境的作用性。 Preschool education students are the teachers for preschool education in the future, and the condition of their moral education directly influences the education quality of the next generation, so it is of great significance to enhance the teacher's ethics education of the group. With Grade 2014 students from the five-year teaching department of Guangxi College for Preschool Education as the research object, based on the shortcomings and problems of teacher's ethics among the group, this paper proposes the solutions from the following aspects: the influence of campus teacher's ethics environment, the restriction of laws and regula- tions, the leading role of examples,and the role of social environ- ment.
