从改革排课制度入手,加强内涵建设

Strengthening Quality Education from the Reform of Course Arrangement System

本文针对重庆市高职院校排课制度中存在的缺陷,借鉴发达国家高等院校课时安排的经验,分析了由于重庆市部分高职院校排课缺陷造成课堂冷漠的原因,提出了克服排课缺陷、实行科学排课的途径:加强职业道德教育,完善提升高职教育质量体系,制定质量方针,完善质量标准,加强质量控制,强化质量保证,完善和推广标准化体系,提高教师队伍素质。

In view of the shortcomings in the course arrangement of higher vocational colleges in Chongqing City, combining with the experience of course arrangement in colleges mad universities of developed countries, this paper analyzes the class indifference caused by the shortcomings in course arrangement in some higher vocational colleges of Chongqing City, proposes the ways to elim- inate the shortcomings and implement scientific arrangement of courses, such as enhancing professional ethics education, per- fecting and improving higher vocational education quality system, formulating quality policies, perfecting quality standards, strengthening quality control, enhancing quality guarantee, im- proving and popularizing standardized systems, and improving the quality of teaching staff.
