摘要
一个学校最主要的就是老师和同学,图书馆主要是针对他们进行开放的,因此,老师和同学对图书馆的满意程度直接影响图书馆的发展。这篇文章把经济学中的"顾客满意度"引用到了职业学校的图书管理中,对于一些图书管理问题做出具体分析并根据实际情况给出一些意见,并且希望可以更好地管理图书馆,使更多师生对图书馆表示满意,这样有助于学校教育更好地发展。
Teachers and students constitute the most important part of a school. The library is mainly opened for them, so their satisfaction with the library directly influences the development of the library. This paper introduces the economic item "customer satisfaction" into the library management of vocational schools, analyzes the problems existing in library management and pro- poses some suggestions in accordance with practical situations, hoping to improve library management, and make more teachers and students satisfied with the library, thereby contributing to the sound development of the entire vocational school education.
