伴随着社会经济的不断发展,高等教育的不断改革,人们的思想观念也在不断改变。作为青少年,尤其是当代大学生的思想更加多元化,这就对他们自己的组织——共青团提出了更高的要求,班级团支部是高校共青团的基层组织,与广大团员青年有着最直接、最为广泛的联系。抓好基层团支部的建设,才能更好地把握新环境下大学生的思想动态,从而根据大学生的时代特点充分加强团组织的凝聚力,更好地服务于学生。

With the c increasing development and the continuous reform of higher education, the thoughts and con- cepts of people are also continuallF changing. As teenagers, es- pecially for contemporary college students, whose thoughts are more diverse, which proposes a higher requirement to the mem- bers of Youth League Organization. Youth League Organization of a class is a fundamental organization of a higher educational Youth League Organization, and it has the most direct and wide connection with many Youth League members. We cannot hold the college students＇ ideological trend under the new campus better until we grasp the construction of Youth League Organiza- tion better. Thereby, according to the characteristics of the times the cohesiveness of Youth League Organization is strengthened sufficiently to serve the students better.
