On the Improvement of Critical Literacy through Task-based College English Class

针对国内大学英语课堂缺乏批判素养培养的情况,介绍了批判素养的含义、对大学生培养批判素养的意义及培养方法探讨。并示范如何通过任务型大学英语课堂开展批判素养教育。通过示范课堂,发现学生对文本批判深度不够,对此分析原因并给出建议措施。

Concerning the lack of critical literacy elements in col- lege English education, this article introduced the definition and significance of critical literacy, illustrated the importance of criti- cal literacy education for Chinese college students, and discussed the methods of training critical literacy. This article also illustrat- ed how to implement critical literacy with a task-based college English class, and discovered that college students are not capa- ble of criticizing texts in depth, finally,the reasons were analyzed and the suggestions were provided.
