东北林业向生态林业转型的路径探析

东北林业的生态转型是中国建设生态文明和美丽中国的必然要求。在生态转型中,东北林业主要面临着盲目追求林业发展而忽视生态环境的保护,林业科学发展的观念不强,林业科技创业能力有待于进一步提升以及林业科技人才的匮乏。要实现东北林业生态的转型应该遵循生态建设的要求,实现森林生态发展与物质利用之间良性互动,天然林是生态安全的底线的原则,做到把建设生态公益林的任务完成好;积极保护天然林资源;山区、林区的民生问题必须解决好;多渠道培养和挖掘生态林业人才。

The ecological transformation of Northeastern forestry is an inevitable requirement of China＇s construction of ecological civilization and a beautiful China. In the ecological transforma- tion, Northeastern forestry is mainly faced with the following problems： blind pursuit of forestry development and ignorance of ecological environment protection, Weak consciousness of scien- tific forestry development, poor ability of scientific and techno- logical innovation in forestry, and lack of technical talents spe- cializing in forestry. To realize the ecological transformation of Northeastern forestry, the requirements of ecological construction should be followed, and the positive interaction between forestry ecological development and resource utilization should be achieved, namely, obeying the principle that natural forests are the base line of ecological security and effectively accomplishing the task of constructing non-commercial ecological forests; the resources of natural forests should be protected actively; the livelihood issues in mountainous and forest areas should be set- tled well; talents for ecological forestry should be cultivated and developed in multiple ways.
