当前,面临我国战略环境和边防管理工作新形势、新挑战,深化公安边防部队军事训练改革工作时不我待势在必行。深化军事训练改革,必须因应形势要求,紧贴公安边防部队实际,从训练内容、方法和标准等方面入手,着力强化官兵素质,充分发挥装备优长,实现人与装备的最佳结合,并按照战训一致的原则,突出加强实战、反恐和应急处突训练演练,切实提高遂行各种边防保卫任务的能力。

Currently, facing the new situation and challenge of China＇s strategic environment of frontier defense management, to deepen the reform of military training for frontier guards is im- perative. In accordance with the demands of the situation, the deepening of military training reform must consider the practical conditions of frontier guards training, focus, on enhancing soldiers＇ quality from training contents, methods and standards, give full play to the advantages of equipment, realize the best connection between people and equipment, and enhance the drills of actual combat, anti-terrorism and emergency handling in accordance with the combat-training consistency principle, so as to feasibly improve their ability of completing various frontier defense tasks.
