摘要
随着高炉冶炼强度提高和降本需要,炼铁原料中的锌、碱金属元素富集对高炉正常生产的危害显出。通过对马钢炼铁原料取样检验,分析了马钢铁前系统锌、碱金属元素的分布状况,为炼铁配矿和控制高炉入炉锌、碱金属负荷提供指导依据。
With increasing smelting intensity and demand for lower cost in blast furnace production,the harm of enrichment of zinc and alkali metal elements in raw materials on normal ironmaking operation has become more obvious. The distribution state of zinc and alkali metal elements in the ironmaking system of Ma Steel was analyzed through sampling inspection of the ironmaking raw materials,to provide some guidance basis for ironmaking bed blending and controlling of the zinc and alkali metal load into the blast furnaces.
