摘要
面对高校的连年扩招,教育部的教学评估以及高校图书馆自身运营成本的增加等问题,高校图书馆一些辅助性业务早在20世纪末就已经开始外包给专业公司完成。但作为图书馆核心业务的图书编目、加工,近些年也开始由本馆自行完成转变为委托外部专业图书公司代理加工。面对这一现象,本文在分析图书馆编目业务外包现状的基础上,提出了对外包图书公司的外包前和外包后评价策略,以及加强馆内各部门的沟通与协调机制。
facing the college enrollment in recent years,the teaching evaluation of the Ministry of educa-tion and university library its operating costs increased,University Library some auxiliary businesses early at the end of the 20th century began outsourcing to professional firms to complete.But as the core operation of library cataloging,processing in recent years have begun to the museum itself into external professional book company commissioned agent processing.In the face of this phenomenon,this article in the analysis of Library Cataloging Outsourcing status based on the proposed of book outsourcing company's outsourcing and outsourcing evaluation strategy,and strengthen the museum in the Depart-ment of communication and coordination mechanism.
