研究生培养校际合作及长效机制探讨

摘要 研究生培养的校际合作顺应了国家研究生培养模式多元化的要求,并且是提升教学质量、资源共享和促进学校及高等教育快速发展的有效途径。但是目前存在培养方向分散、研究生管理松懈等问题。本文提出通过建立有效的管理制度、遴选导师团队和发展优势学科等方法建立研究生培养的校际合作长效机制。 Inter-school cooperation of graduate training conforms to the national requirement of diversified graduate cultivating pattern, and is an effective way to upgrade the quality of teaching and resources sharing, and promote the fast development of schools and higher education. But currently the direction of training is disperse, and graduate management is lax. The paper presented methods, including establishing an effective manage- ment system, selecting mentors team and developing preponder- ant discipline etc., to establish the inter-school cooperation mechanism of graduate training.
