摘要
高校辅导员在高校担负着思想教育的重要责任,其职业发展问题直接关系到高校辅导员队伍的建设和完善,加深对其问题的干预研究意义重大,影响深远。本文从问题及成因角度出发,发现在高校辅导员发展中存在着队伍专业化程度不高、职业定位不明确和队伍流动性较大的问题,建议从政府、学校和个人三个层面加以干预和影响,以人为本,统筹发展,全面促进辅导员队伍的健康发展。
University counselors shoulder the important responsi- bility of ideological education in universities, and their profes- sional development is directly related to the construction and perfection of university counselor team, so to deepen the inter- vention in their professional development is of profound signifi- cance and influence. Starting from the problems and their causes, this paper found that the professional degree of university coun- selor team is low; their professional orientation is obscure, and the change of team members is severe; it suggests the intervention from the government, university and counselors themselves, aim- ing to promote the favorable development of the counselor team based on people-orientation and integrated development.
