浅谈如何敦促当代大学生形成自主成才意识

A Brief Discussion on How to Urge Contemporary College Students to Develop the Consciousness of Autonomous Success

大学生作为当今社会发展的推动者,他们身负重任,但是有不少大学生却在院校中浪费时间,对未来缺少方向感,丢弃了大学生最重要的自主成才意识。作为院校教育工作者,应该针对当代大学生在校期间存在的普遍性问题,通过改革淘汰机制、优化学科教学模式、完善院校管理体系、加强思想政治教育等途径,从客观上敦促在校大学生形成端正的成才意识,让学生们更快地适应大学,适应社会,让学生们在毕业后的工作岗位上能够迅速进入角色,并为社会作出应有的贡献。

As the promoters of contemporary social development, college students shoulder important tasks, but a considerable number of college students are wasting time during their college life, lacking a sense of direction to the future and abandoning the most important quality of college students, namely, the con- sciousness of autonomous success. As college educators, we should objectively urge enrolled college students to develop a proper consciousness of success in view of the general problems they have during their college life, so as to help them more rapid- ly adapt to their college life and the society, and help them effi- ciently play their roles in their jobs after graduation, thus making contributions to the society. We can take the following measures： reforming the elimination mechanism, optimizing the discipline teaching model, perfecting the college management system, and strengthening ideological and political education.
