幼儿教师环境素养现状及培养对策研究——以南昌市为例

摘要 人生百年,立于幼学。幼儿教师环境素养的高低,将直接影响幼儿的环境素养,进而影响到整个社会的环境素质。调查结果显示,南昌市幼儿教师的环境素养仍处于较低水平,存在较严重的知行脱节现象。提高幼儿教师的社会地位,浓厚幼儿园环境教育的氛围,建立完善的幼儿教师环境素养职前职后培养体系尤为重要。 The preschool education exerts a significant influence on the people's whole life. Therefore, environmental literacy of the kindergarten teachers directly affects the environmental liter- acy of kids, as well as the environmental literacy of the whole so- ciety. As shown in the findings, the level of the environmental lit- eracy of the kindergarten teachers in Nanchang remained low to some extent. Meanwhile, what the kindergarten teachers did can't be accordance with what they believed sometimes. Consequently, it's important to improve the social status of the kindergarten teachers, encourage a strong and good atmosphere of the environ- mental education in the kindergartens, and finally establish a thorough pre-service and post-study cultivating system of the environmental literacy of the kindergarten teachers.
