同伴互助教育下学生党员队伍建设研究

Research on the Construction of Student Party Members Team Based on Peer Mutual Assisted Education

目前,我国大部分高校的学生党员队伍建设均还是以学校传统教育为主,教育效果一般,本文提出采用同伴互助教育,利用同伴之间的信任和影响力来完成学生党员队伍的建设,主要从同伴教育的意义、方法以及存在的问题和改进措施来进行阐述。

Currently, the student Party members team construc- tion in most colleges of China is dominated by traditional college education, and the education effect is moderate. This paper pro- poses the application of peer mutual assisted education and the use of confidence and influence among friends, to accomplish student Party members team construction. It mainly elaborates from the significance, methods, existing problems and improve- ment measures of peer education.
