新建本科院校就业指导课程建设探究

Study on the Construction of Career Guidance Curriculum in Newly-established Undergraduate Colleges and Universities

本文通过对新建本科院校就业指导课程的突出特点及现状进行分析,结合当前课程建设中存在的主要问题,提出构建科学、合理的就业指导课程体系、提高教学队伍专业化水平、改革教学模式等设想,从而完善就业指导课程建设,发挥该课程的实效,有效增强毕业生的就业竞争力。

Analyzing the characteristics and the status quo of the career guidance curriculum in newly-established undergraduate colleges and universities, this paper states the existing problems and offers some suggestions, including constructing the scientific and reasonable career guidance curriculum system, perfecting the organization of the faculty and reforming teaching models for the purpose of improving the course construction, to play the effective role and effectively enhance the competitiveness of graduates.
