Four-dimensional Coordination: On Feasibly Strengthening the Effect of Postgraduate Party Member Education in Universities

研究生党员教育是研究生党建工作的核心。本文从研究生党员群体的特点分析入手,指出了当前研究生党员教育的薄弱环节,提出要将研究生党员教育与思政工作、研究生成长、导师科研、党政工作协同,切实增强研究生党员教育实效。

Postgraduate Party member education is the core of the postgraduate Party building work. Starting with the analysis of the characteristics of postgraduate Party members, this paper points out the weak link of the present postgraduate Party member edu-cation, and proposes that postgraduate Party member education should be coordinated with the ideological and political work, the growth of postgraduates, the scientific research of tutors and the political work, so as to feasibly strengthen the effect of postgradu-ate Party member education.
