对来华留学生班主任工作的认识与建议

Understanding and Suggestions on Management Work of Class advisors for International Students

留学生管理工作是高校教学管理工作的重要组成部分,留学生班主任是这项工作的具体组织者和管理者,在其中发挥着重要作用。由于管理对象的特殊性和工作内容的复杂性,要求留学生班主任具有特有的管理素质,不仅要具有"三心一精神"(责任心、爱心、耐心和奉献精神),而且还要具有专业的管理知识、高尚的师德修养和良好的外语表达能力。本文在阐述了留学生班主任工作的素质要求的基础上提出了改进留学生班主任工作的几点建议。

Management of international students is an important part of teaching management in colleges and universities. As the organizers and managers of this work, international students＇ class advisors play an important role. Due to the particularity of man-agement object and the complexity of work content, class advisors of foreign students are required to have unique management qualities, including but not limited to responsibility, caring, pa-tience and dedication, as well as professional management knowledge, noble morality and good foreign language communi-cation skills. In this paper, several suggestions are proposed to improve the work quality of the class advisors based on expound-ing the quality requirements of class advisors for international students.
