摘要
高校教学质量的保障是把学生培养成才的重要前提,作为高校的主体,学生有义务、有权利参与到日常的教学质量管理当中。本研究着眼于以朱兰质量螺旋曲线为基础的教学质量螺旋曲线中非常重要的教学计划、课堂教学、教学评估、教学管理四个节点,调查并分析了目前高校中存在的主要问题,并构造了高校教学质量的增长极限图,为促进教学质量的持续改善提供了新的视角。
Ensuring the teaching quality in colleges is the impor-tant prerequisite to cultivate the students. As the body in colleges, students have the right and obligation to have a hand in teaching management in daily life. The study focuses on the four very im-portant links including the teaching program, classroom teaching, teaching evaluation and teaching management of the teaching quality spiral which is established based on Juran quality spiral. It also investigates and analyzes the main existing problems in the present colleges, and provides a new angle of view to continuous-ly improve the teaching quality by structuring a graph of the limit to growth about teaching quality in colleges.
