摘要
高职院校外科护理学教学一直是发人深思的话题,如何提高外科护理学教学效果引发着一批又一批人的关注。本文分析了高职院校学生特点和师资情况,并从改善教师管理机制、发挥教师的潜能、多种教学方法的变换运用、加强临床见习四个方面阐述了提高外科护理学教学效果的看法。
The surgical nursing teaching in higher vocational col-leges has always been a thought-provoking topic, and how to im-prove the effect of surgical nursing teaching has caused the at-tention of group people. This paper analyzed the characteristics of students and teachers＇ condition in higher vocational colleges,and elaborated how to improve the effect of surgical nursing teaching from four aspects：improving the management of teachers, inspir-ing the potential of teachers, transforming a variety of teaching methods, and strengthening clinical practice.
