当前我国高校科研管理制度的漏洞与策略研究

Research on the Flaws of the Current Scientific Research Management System in China's Universities and the Strategies

随着我国经济水平稳步提升,各项基础设施建设也逐步落实到位,其中,最引人瞩目的当属教育领域。我国"科技强国战略"对高校科学研究事业投入大量精力和财力,就在国内改革浪潮风生水起时,高校科研管理制度因未能及时进行深入改革而再次被纳入最新改革范畴。本文对我国高校科学研究管理制度进行全面分析,以期为我国高校科学研究改革深化落实做准备。

With the stable improvement of China＇s economy, vari-ous infrastructures construction has gradually been put in place, and the most striking field is education. China＇s“strategy of strengthening the country with science and technology” has in-vested a lot of energies and funds to the scientific research of u-niversities. The trend of domestic reform is booming, so the sci-entific research management system of universities has been in-cluded in the latest reform as it fails to be reformed deeply. This paper makes an overall analysis on the scientific research man-agement system of China＇s universities, hoping to make prepara-tions for the further implementation of scientific research reform in China＇s universities.
