摘要
毕业生步入求职就业阶段,不少学生纷纷出现如迷茫、从众、焦虑、自负等不良情绪,这些不良情绪对于毕业生顺利就业有着严重的不良影响。该文从毕业生常见的不良情绪入手,对毕业生不良情绪的成因进行多维度深层次的分析,并对消除毕业生不良情绪提出了相应对策。
After entering the stage of job hunting, a considerable number of graduates have some harmful feelings such as confu-sion, herd mentality, anxiety, overconfidence and so on, which have exerted severe adverse influence on the successful employ-ment of graduates. Starting from graduates' common harmful feel-ings, this paper makes a multi-dimensional and in-depth analy-sis on the causes of these feelings, and proposes corresponding countermeasures to eliminate them.
