Analysis on the Employment Psychology of College Students Majoring in Languages and Exploration on the Countermeasures

在新的就业形势下,为了深入了解语言类专业大学生就业心理问题及其现状特点,采用大学生就业心理问卷对200名语言类专业大学生进行现状调查,并结合调查结果有针对性地提出了纾解语言类专业大学生就业心理问题的策略和方法。

Under the new employment situation, in order to fur-ther learn about the employment psychological problems and psychological characteristics of college students majoring in lan-guages, college students＇ employment psychology questionnaire was adopted to investigate the present situation of 200 college students majoring in languages, and combined with the results of the survey, targeted strategies and methods were put forward to relieve the employment psychological problems of college stu-dents majoring in languages.
