摘要
我国应用型本科教育起步较晚,很多高校致力于人才培养方案和教学体系的改革,忽略了与之配套的考核方案的改革。我国目前大多数高校采用的还是传统的以笔试为主,辅以口试、论文和操作考试等方法的考核方式,这无法考核出学生合作交流能力、组织管理能力、创造力、毅力、社会活动能力和口头表达能力等用人单位需求的各种能力。因此,应用型本科考核方案的研究势在必行。
Applied undergraduate education in China starts late, and many colleges and universities are still working on the reform of the talent training scheme and the teaching system, while ignoring the matching with the reform of assessment scheme. In most colleges and universities, they adopt the traditional assessment methods which give priority to the written test and supplemented by interview, paper and the way of operation examination method. It cannot assess students' cooperation and communication ability, organization and management ability, creativity, perseverance, social activity ability and oral communication ability which are the capabilities needed by employing units. Therefore, the research of applied undergraduates' assessment scheme is imperative.
