Study on the Standard Cultivation System of E-commerce Teaching Program Based on Living Lab

电子商务人才培养标准体系是指按电子商务教育及其相关领域标准的内在联系而形成的人才培养标准。构建完善的专业人才培养标准体系,对促进和保障我国电子商务专业教育具有重要的实践意义。论文基于对电子商务专业教育人才培养标准体系研究的必要性与重要性、问题及成因的分析,构建了以计算机能力、商务运营能力、创新与集成能力三个指标为基础的培养体系,并提出与培养体系相适应的改进建议与对策。

Standard cultivation system of ecommerce teaching program is an integrative variable and system on standards of ecommerce teaching program and relative subjects. The construction of the teaching program system is essential to promote and develop the ecommerce education. Based on the analysis of necessity and urgency, problems and causes, the paper developed a cultivation system with three indexes, which are computer capability, business capability, innovation and integration capability, and proposed relative improvement suggestions and countermeasures.
