摘要
自从实行扩招政策以来,高职教育的服务质量问题成为社会各界关注的重要话题。无论是政府的客观评估,还是学术界、民众的评论,大多数深受工业经济的影响,以"产品质量观"为依据,关注高职院校的投入与产出。学生是高职院校服务质量评价的主体,学生满意度在服务质量评估中占据重要的位置。高职院校内部的服务质量的好坏会对学生满意度产生广泛的影响。本文通过高职院校内部的服务质量对学生满意度的研究,找出其服务的优势与不足之处,从而提供办学决策。这对于促进高职院校的发展与高职教育事业的发展具有重要的意义。
Since the expansion of enrollment, the quality of service in higher vocational education has become an important issue among all walks of life. Due to the profound influence of industrial economy, no matter the objective evaluations from the government, or the comments from the academic circle and the public, both pay attention to the input and output of higher vocational colleges with the"outlook of product quality"as the basis. Students are the subject of evaluating the quality of service in higher vocational colleges, so their satisfaction plays an important role in the evaluation on quality of service, while the quality of service within higher vocational colleges will exert broad influence on students' satisfaction. Through researching students' satisfaction with the quality of service within higher vocational colleges, this paper attempts to find the advantages and disadvantages of the service, so as to provide schoolrunning suggestions. It is of great significance to promote the development of higher vocational colleges and education.
