摘要
美国学者埃弗雷特·罗杰斯提出的创新扩散理论是发展传播学的主导范式之一,其利用传播促进新事物的发展壮大,为促进社会发展提供了理论基础和应用原理,运用这一理论研究职业技能大赛在每个发展阶段的功能价值具有重大意义。
The innovation diffusion theory proposed by the American scholar E. M. Rogers, is one of the leading paradigms developing communication. It uses communication to promote the development and prosperity of new things and provide theoretical bases and application principles for the promotion of social development. It is of great significance to use the theory to research the function and value of occupational skills competition at each stage of development.
