以先进文化为统领,建设过硬的民航队伍,是民航高等院校的发展思路与职责使命。中国民航飞行学院新津分院积极响应党中央的号召,发挥高校育人职能,秉承历史传统,积极构建民航特色文化,以"第一分院永争第一"的核心价值观,努力协调物质文化、制度文化和精神文化的可持续发展。本文将对中国民航飞行学院新津分院在突出民航特色、构建文化体系方面所进行的传承与创新进行论述,以供参考借鉴。

To construct a qualified team of civil aviation under the guidance of advanced culture is the development orientation and responsibility of colleges and universities for civil aviation. To actively respond to the advocacy of the Party Central Committee, Xinjin Branch of Civil Aviation Flight University of China plays the function of educating people, obeys the history and tradition, actively constructs the characteristic culture of civil aviation, takes＂striving for the first＂as the core values, and makes efforts to harmonize the sustainable development of material culture, system culture and spiritual culture.This study expounded the inheritace and innovation of Xinjin Branch of Civil Aviation Flight University of China in the aspects of highlighting civil aviation features and constructing culture system, hoping to provide a reference for future exploration.
