高中生人格特质、时间管理系倾向与考试焦虑的关系

The Relationship among the Personality, Time Management Disposition and Test Anxiety of Senior High School Students

目的:探讨人格特质、时间管理系倾向与考试焦虑的关系。方法:以青少年时间管理倾向量表(ATMD)、艾森克人格问卷简式量表中文版(EPQ-RSC)、考试焦虑量表(TAS)对584名高中生进行调查。结果:TAS总分与时间管理倾向总分、时间价值观、人格特质中的N神经质呈十分显著的正相关(p<0.01)。以上三个因素对考试焦虑预测效果显著。结论:时间管理倾向、时间价值观、人格特质中的N神经质与考试焦虑高低存在紧密的联系,具有将强的预测力。

Objective：To explore the relationship among personality, time management disposition and test anxiety. Methods：584 high school students were tested by Tast Anxiety Scale （TAS）, Adolescent Time Management Disposition （ATMD）, Eysenck Personality QuestionnaireRevised, Short Scale for Chinese （EPQRSC）. Result： The TAS total score has very significantly positive correlation with time management disposition score, time values, and neuroticism of personality traits （p〈0.01）. The above three factors had significant predictive effect on test anxiety. Conclusion：Time management disposition, time values and neuroticism of personality traits were closely related to test anxiety level, thus they had fairly strong predictive power.
