摘要 介绍5.50—15叉车轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径664.5 mm,断面宽144 mm,行驶面宽度130 mm,行驶面弧度高6 mm,胎圈着合直径379.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度114 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)0.86,花纹深度15 mm,花纹周节数40,花纹饱和度75%。施工设计:胎体采用4层1400dtex/2V_1锦纶6浸胶帘布,缓冲层采用2层1400dtex/2V_2锦纶6浸胶帘布;采用半芯轮式成型机成型,硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、物理性能和帘线性能均符合相应设计和企业标准要求。 The design of 5.50--15 forklift tire was described. In the structure design, the following parameters were taken;overall diameter 664.5 ram,cross-sectional width 144 ram,width of running surface 130 ram,height of running surface 6 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 379.5 ram,bead width at rim seat 114 mm, maximum width position of cross section (H1/H2) 0. 86, pattern depth 15 mm,total number of pitches 40,and block/total ratio 75%. In the construction design,the following processes were taken: 4 layers of 1400dtex/2V1 dipped nylon 6 cord for carcass ply, 2 layers of 1400dtex/2V2 dipped nylon 6 cord for breaker ply;using semi-flat building machine to build tires,and using curing press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension, physical properties of the tire and cord property met the requirements of the design and enterprise standard.
