摘要 介绍11—32 6PR农业驱动轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 358 mm,断面宽292 mm,行驶面宽度273 mm,行驶面弧度高26 mm,胎圈着合直径816 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)0.608 3,胎面采用人字形花纹,花纹深度35 mm,花纹饱和度27.37%,花纹周节数21。施工设计:胎面采用两方三块结构;缓冲层采用1层930dtex/2V_3锦纶6浸胶帘布,胎体采用4层930dtex/2V_2锦纶6浸胶帘布,钢丝圈采用Φ0.95 mm回火胎圈钢丝,采用半芯轮式成型机成型、胶囊式硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、物理性能和帘线性能均达到相关设计和标准要求。 The design of 11-32 6PR agriculture drive tire was described. In the structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 1 358 mm, cross-sectional width 292 mm, width of running surface 273 mm,height of running surface 26 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 816 ram,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0. 608 3,using chevron tread pattern,pattern depth 35 mm,block/total ratio 27.37%,and total number of pitches 21. In the construction design, the following processes were taken: using two-formula and three-piece tread, 1 layer of 930dtex/ 2V3 dipped nylon 6 cord for breaker ply,4 layers of 930dtex/2V2 dipped nylon 6 cord for carcass ply, φ0.95 mm tempering bead wire,and using the semi-flat building machine to build tires and bladder autoclave to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of finished tire that, the peripheral dimension, physical properties and cord property met the requirements of the design and standards.
