摘要
职业素养是近些年备受社会关注的主题。以自我认同为视角培养学生的职业素养,主要包括两个过程:一是构建"我"对于职业素养的意识,即内化的过程;二是形成"我"体现职业素养的行为,即外化的过程。这两个过程,就在于构建"我"对于职业素养的知识性意识和价值性意识,进而加以效仿、参与,使职业素养沉淀为个人的精神内涵。尽管,这两个过程虽然在逻辑上有先后的排序,但在实际中是相互衔接、彼此渗透的。
Nowadays professionalism has become one of the social focuses. From the perspective of self- identity, the cultivation of students' professionalism includes two processes: one is the construction of awareness about professionalism, i. e. the internalization process;the other is the formation of behavior about professionalism,i, e. the externalization process. These two processes are to construct the knowledge and value awareness of professionalism and to internalize professionalism as one' s spiritual quality through imitation and participation. Although the two processes have order in the sort of logic, but in reality, they are mutual connected and penetrated into each other.
