4,4′-双甲基丙烯酰氧基二苯砜的合成与表征

摘要 以苯酚为原料,经磺化脱水和低温相转移催化反应合成了4,4′-双甲基丙烯酰氧基二苯砜(BPSDMA)。通过对温度、原料物质的量的比、溶剂和阻聚剂种类等反应因素的考察,得到了合成BPSDMA的较佳反应条件:缩合反应温度160℃,苯酚与硫酸的物质的量的比为1∶0.6;选择二氯甲烷作溶剂,以对甲氧基苯酚为阻聚剂,4,4′-二羟基二苯砜与甲基纤维素的物质的量的比为1∶2.2。该反应条件温和,操作简单,并且目标产物总收率(67.1%)较高。产物的结构通过IR,1 H NMR和GC-MS进行了验证。 4, 4'-Bismethacryloyloxydiphenylsulfone was synthesized using phenol as starting material by sulfonated dehydration and low temperature phase-transfer catalysis reaction. The optimum conditions were obtained by examining the effects of tempera- ture, molar ratio of raw materials, solvent and inhibitor on product yield: The tempera- ture of condensation reaction 160 ~C and n(phenol) : n(H2SO4) =1 : 0.6; methylene chloride as solvent, 4-methoxyphenol as inhibitor and n(BPS) :n(MC)=1 : 2.2. The results shows that the reaction conditions were moderate and has high yield(67.1%). The structure of product was characterized by IR, 1H NMR and GC-MS.
